This month Team Lucky Duck volunteered with Neighbors, Inc. at the Summer Meal Program at Kaposia Elementary School in South Saint Paul. The program is a federally funded program that provides lunches for school aged children under 18. At Kaposia we served children in pre-school through 5th grade. This month Team Lucky Duck volunteered with the Loaves and Fishes program. We helped prepare a meal that served about 45 people at the Easter Lutheran Church in Eagan, MN. The program sources food from their gardens, Farm for All, around the Twin Cities, Second Harvest Heartland, The Food Group and Zero Percent.
