Where do I begin, my husband and I had the pleasure of getting to know Zach and Carly and work with them on buying our new home. This started with a counseling session (no not your ordinary counseling session) they told us everything that was involved in buying a house, laid out all the expenses that come with purchasing a home and didn’t hide anything from us. We loved this being first time home buyers this was very important to us. This let us think if we were ready for this or not. They were not pushy about getting into buying a house, and told us that if we don’t think this is the right time for us now after hearing about all the costs, then there is no pressure they would rather have us ready then not ready. It was the best feeling ever.
Michael and I looked an a number of houses before we found one that we liked. It took us about a year to figure out what we exactly wanted in a house and Zach and Carly were very patient and willing to work with us during that time. They would check up on us on a regular basis just seeing how we were doing, how things were going. We were so grateful to have such wonderful relators, a husband and wife who were willing to work long hours to find us the most perfect house. They were willing to travel an hour away just to come meet with us and show us houses in our area that we wanted to look at. They are a very outgoing and friendly couple and there was never a dull moment with them. We were always laughing and having a great time looking at “not so great” houses!
