Team Lucky Duck has had a busy few months and it’s hard to believe school is almost out and we are already half way through 2021! We are so grateful to have already helped about 50 people find or sell their homes in this ever-changing hot market.

One exciting change for Team Lucky Duck in the first half of the year was the addition of Nicol Rinderknecht to our team. Nicol became a realtor in 2013and is an expert navigating complex markets and difficult situations.  Her experience in real estate transactions has proven it’s not a “one-size-fits-all” journey.  She enjoys thinking outside the box and providing well-crafted solutions to both buyers and sellers.  Her tenacity and drive are unparalleled as a real estate professional.  She is passionate about helping her clients realize their dreams.  Nicol’s business is based on her values of honesty, integrity, respect, and perseverance.  Her personal touch and focus on win-win opportunities secure positive results for her clients.  Nicol’s favorite aspect of being a realtor is the everlasting relationships that continue long after closing.  

Outside of real estate, Nicol is devoted to volunteering for a local non-profit dog rescue, making memories with her husband Jad & their dog Jackson, and traveling the globe.  She has hit the ground running – already helping 10 clients find or sell their homes in just 3 short months! We are thrilled to have her as a part of Team Lucky Duck!
