We had a blast hosting our first Home Buying Happy Hour at Lake Monster Brewing. We had an informal discussion about the home buying process and enjoyed a beer with some prospective home buyers. Mike Meyer from Megastar Financial joined us and was able to discuss the lending and pre-approval side of the process in detail. It was a great, no-pressure event that focused on education and answering questions. If you know of someone that is 3 months or even 3 years out from buying a home, this is a way to start considering home ownership.
