Keller Williams offers two large training events each year, Family Reunion and Mega Camp. Family Reunion was held in New Orleans this February and had over 17,000 Keller Williams agents in attendance. It was a great conference to learn about where Keller Williams and also the real estate industry is headed. Like most industries, web based services are becoming essential to meet customer expectations. In the past in the real estate industry, we’ve had to purchase those independently from third party sources. That is changing as Keller Williams is unveiling a new platform that will allow agents, clients and our admin staff to all use a central system. This is a huge improvement on what currently exists. We are excited to learn more about it and to implement it for our customers to use and experience.

Beyond the huge technology announcements, there are tons of breakout sessions with panel discussions, brain storming and best practices from some of the most successful real estate agents in our company. Zach attended the conference and enjoyed networking with and learning from agents all across the country.
