6. Buyers have more time off work during the holidays then during a regular work week.
7. Sometimes buyers have a financial motivation to buy before the end of the year for taxes or other financial purposes.
8. Many company job tranfers start in January so transferees need to buy now.
9. You can sell now but negotiate to close after the new year.
10. If you sell now, you can buy as a non-contingent buyer this spring!
