We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to spend time this month giving back at Kaitlyn Kloset in Eagan.
This inspiring organization creates a safe, welcoming space where families can “shop” for free—finding children’s clothing, toys, and everyday essentials with dignity, care, and compassion. We’ve actually been following Kaitlyn Kloset’s journey for years. What began as a simple Facebook group—connecting people to give and receive baby and children’s items—has grown into something truly special. While the group is still active today, they’ve expanded to include a physical storefront where families can come in and access what they need in a supportive environment.
During our time volunteering, we helped organize and sort clothing donations—small tasks that play a big role in making the space accessible and welcoming for every family who walks through the doors. We’ve donated items in the past, both to the store and through the Facebook group, but this was our first time volunteering in person—we loved seeing first hand how this part of the organization serves local families.
We’d love to volunteer at an organization that you support. Please reach out to us if you know of a program that could use our help!
