Every year on the 2nd Thursday of May, all of Keller Williams volunteers together. Our team joins with the other 100+ agents in our office to make a huge impact on a non-profit or service that provides resources in our area. This year, we worked with CAP Agencies. They service the South Metro in all sorts of ways. Our project was to help reset an apartment for a new tenant. The tenants apply and meet certain criteria to live at one of CAP’s housing units. Most people who live in these type of units are coming out of homelessness. The staff leader at CAP told us many time that CAP takes people where they are at and tries to help them move forward.

We cleaned the unit thoroughly, painted the ceilings and walls, we also worked in the yard on the landscpaing. It was a great day to give back to an agency that provides for our community.
