One of our favorite groups to volunteer with is the Lakeville Yellow Ribbon. They host luncheons throughout the year and other special events for local veterans to get together and socialize. It is always very fun to come and serve the meal, as well as, get to know the participants. This month, we served Mexican food which was a big hit! We’ve brought the dessert the last few times we’ve attended and we’ve noticed that brownies seem to be the favorite.
