This month we volunteered with the 191 Community Pantry. This is a program that works out of the 191 – Burnsville-Eagan-Savage School District to provide food to families who need it. During the summer months, food insecurity for school aged children can become worse because they are no longer receiving breakfasts & lunches at school. So this is a program that hopes to help fill those gaps. We helped to pack the bags full of options and then load the bags into cars for the participants. We like to support this program because it is right in our office’s backyard in Burnsville and serves families with children.
