We had a wonderful time volunteering this month with Jack’s Basket. We had a past client reach out to tell us about this organization and then realized that we have another connection through Cole’s wife, Molly. We were so excited to contribute to them! We packed the boxes for one of their summer fundraisers. They create BBQ packs for families to host their own “Burgers & Baskets” to support the organization. Jack’s Basket is an non-profit that supports families as they learn of and manage a diagnosis of Down Syndrome from birth through their child’s first birthday. They help to connect families right away in the hospital with a mentor family along with some other resources. Along with supporting families, they also provide resources to medical professionals. We loved volunteering with them and will be back in the future!
